About this plan
The Civil Service Commission assigns every state title an Employee Relations Group and a salary range, and publishes each range as annual steps (up to 11) for 12-month employees. This site shows those annual steps exactly as printed; steps 10 and 11 carry the eligibility rules set out in the Compendium. Trainee, apprentice and single-rate titles show the per-title annual figures from the Compendium's own tables.
