• state two letter state code
• class_code the state's own class number
• schematic_or_pay_group CalHR schematic code, or the Texas pay group
• title classification title as published
• alt_range alternate range letter where the plan defines several
• min, max the published rate, blank where the plan fixes none
• unit MO monthly, HR hourly, DAY daily, YR annual, as published
• annual_min, annual_max converted at 12 months, 2080 hours or 260 days
• source_url the document the row was read from
