Minimum qualifications
A Bachelor's degree involving major study in psychology, sociology, education, or closely allied field. AND Three years of experience in vocational or employment counseling, work training, recreation, or occupational therapy, at least one year of which must involve work with developmentally disabled persons. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted, year for year, for education.
