An employee initially performs a limited range of duties with instructions to include preventative maintenance; routine repairs; assisting with complex repairs; and accessing and navigating the BA system for HVAC and refrigeration systems, equipment, and periphery devices. Work becomes increasingly more complex and performed with greater independence across a range of systems as learning progresses and mechanical and technical proficiency is acquired.
